Hope your day is special! Today in France they make crepes for a good harvest crop and then at the end of the year, if they had a good crop they would keep the crepe for another year, but if it gave them bad crop they would through it away. Weird right?

well the crepe would taste good if you could eat it right away, but because they have to keep it for a year I bet it would taste icky.
